Overlooking the busy corner of Brunswick Street and Johnston St you’ll find the Provincial Bar.  The Public bar is the engine room of the venue, with its distinctive Brunswick St warmth, Operating from midday until 1am everyday, the eclectic designed bar is busy for all of our 7 trading days of the week.  We offer a comprehensive wine menu, which has an extensive list of Australian wines by the glass.   With an array of cognacs, single malt whiskeys and first pour brands such as Absolut Vodka and Bombay gin, we always aim to serve of quality products to our customers.
